Insurance Brokers
You talk to business owners about protecting what they have built. Many of those same owners are quietly dealing with a cashflow gap, a growth moment, or a capital need they have not solved. Rinia Capital gives insurance brokers a way to add real value to those relationships and earn on the outcome.
Why insurance brokers partner with Rinia Capital
A short walkthrough of how the partnership works, how we protect your client relationship, and how referring a capital need becomes revenue without changing how you operate. You stay the broker, we handle the capital.
Become a partnerWhat you get as a partner
Deeper client relationships
When you can point a client to the capital they need, not just the coverage, you become more valuable to the business owners you already serve.
Referral revenue
Earn a share on every funded deal you refer, tracked transparently from introduction through to disbursement and paid on completion.
A specialist capital desk
Your client gets a team that structures working capital, equipment finance, and credit facilities across dozens of lenders.
No change to how you work
You make the introduction and stay in the loop. We handle the lending conversation and lender relationship from there.
What your clients get
Your business owner clients get a funding partner that respects the relationship you have spent years building.
Refer, we fund, you earn
You refer
When a client mentions a capital need, send it our way. You stay the broker and stay copied throughout.
We assess
We run the discovery and Funding Assessment with your client and keep you informed on the realistic path.
We fund
We structure and place the capital across our lender network and see the deal through to disbursement.
You earn
Your referral share is paid on completion. The client is funded, and your relationship is stronger for it.
Who this is for
The partnership works best when it fits how you already operate. Here is how to know if it is right for you.
A good fit if you
- Insurance brokers with business owner clients facing cashflow or growth needs
- Commercial insurance brokers who hear about capital gaps before anyone else
- Brokers who want to add value beyond coverage without changing how they work
- Advisors whose clients trust them on when to borrow and when not to
Not the right fit if
- Brokers who want to originate or structure loans themselves
- Anyone who needs the lender relationship in their own name
- One-off introductions with no recurring commercial book
What a referred deal looks like end to end
Illustrative example based on the types of cases we see. Not a guarantee of outcome, amount, rate, or timing.
A commercial insurance broker in the Southeast
A trucking company, 14 trucks, $4.1M revenue
The owner needed to add four more trucks to keep a new contract but could not get a conventional lender to finance used equipment. The insurance broker heard about it during a policy review.
An equipment loan.
The trucks were older and the company's revenue dip during a slow quarter had dented their bank's appetite. They needed a lender who looked at the new contract, not just trailing numbers.
Equipment financing on the four used trucks through a specialty transportation lender, with the new contract as supporting context. Total structured: $310K.
Funded in 9 days. The trucks were on the road before the contract start date. The insurance broker earned referral revenue on a conversation that started with a policy renewal.
You refer. We fund. But the infrastructure is what makes it clean.
Most referral programs hand you a link and a hope. We built the operating layer so your clients see your brand, your deal stays in your portal, and your payout lands every week without chasing it.
A white-labeled client portal
Send your clients to a capital intake portal branded as you, not us. It carries your name, your look, and your tone, so the relationship never leaves your hands. We are the engine behind the page. Your client only ever sees your brand.
A white-labeled team on call
If your client needs to speak to someone about the capital, our team acts on your behalf under your brand. We answer their questions, we structure the deal, we carry the lender conversations, and we do it as your funding desk. They never meet Rinia. They meet you.
A dedicated tracking portal for you
Your own portal to track every referral from introduction through to disbursement. See status, structure, lender, and payout in real time, not when someone remembers to email you. Every deal, every dollar, on your own dashboard.
Weekly payouts, not monthly
Your referral share is paid out every week, not held to a monthly reconciliation. Funded Friday, paid the following week. The deal closes and you see it in your account while the work is still fresh, not 30 days later.
Estimate your referral earnings
Your share is 40% of our broker fee. Indicative only; the fee varies by product and structure.
Each funded deal earns you roughly $1,200 to $1,800 as your 40% share of our broker fee, paid weekly on completion.
Based on 24 funded deals a year at $150,000 average, at your 40% share of our fee.
Common partner questions
How are referrals tracked and paid?
Every referred opportunity is logged from introduction through to disbursement, and your share is paid on deal completion with full status transparency along the way.
What if my client's credit or cashflow is complicated?
That is where we add the most value. We look at the full picture and are honest about what is realistic, which is exactly what a good broker wants for their client.
